What if I have trouble opening or exporting my report?
Your Ahead report is a web-based interactive report, so you'll need an internet connection and a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) to view it.
If you're having trouble:
- Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser
- Try opening the link in a different browser or on a different device
- Check that your email link hasn't expired — if it has, request a new one
If you need a PDF export for your GP or specialist, you can generate one directly from the report. If you're still having issues, contact our team or email get@aheadhealth.com and we'll help you access your results.
